Features

This three-in-one recycling system integrates a crusher, extruder, and pelletizer into a single compact unit. It is specifically designed for recycling plastic film into pellets. The recycled material undergoes drying, heating, and uniform compounding in the crusher, then passes through a filtration system before being extruded and pelletized to complete the recycling process. The system can be customized with various filter types and pelletizing methods according to different materials and customer requirements.

• Three-in-One Integration: Combines crusher, extruder, and pelletizer in a single system.
• Extruder: Available with or without venting, depending on material characteristics.
• Filtration System: Hydraulic screen changers available in single-plate, dual-plate, or dual-column configurations. The dual-plate and dual-column systems support non-stop screen changes.
• Backflush Filter System: Designed for dual-column screen changers, allowing dirty materials to be purged and reducing screen change frequency.
• Pelletizing Options: Die-face cutting, water ring cutting, underwater pelletizing, or air cooling cutting—selected based on machine type and material characteristics.
